Shift change @ 1pm. Great, I understand. 15 minutes to complete said shift change, unacceptable.
Cold, very old, food every time I have gone. How can things be so old?
Worst, least intellectual employees you could imagine. Like zombies. It’s almost impossible how clueless they act.
I ordered a spicy chcked wrap, a crispy chicken sandwich and a jrb cheese burger COMBO & 3 small fries & my wrap camd back with clumpy cheese and soggy lettuce and was very dry and they forgot my fries for my COMBO and not to mention they werent even salted.... IM SO OVER THAT WENDYS ITS DISGUSTING & needs more workers
The server at the drive through was friendly but the wait in line was very long. Like others have mentioned in the reviews, the service here is slow. I would advise diners to seek other locations.
No stars for Wendy's anymore. When Wendy's first came to Pittsburgh the square burgers were do juicy and tasty. But now because the calories along with the flavor and the life has been sucked out of this once fantastic burger it now taste like dead meat. Thank goodness the salads and chicken sandwiches are still good.
